Preorder Terms

These Preorder Terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

01. What A Preorder Is

A preorder is an order for Hair Elixir — The Original placed before the bottle has been dispatched. Preorders are clearly marked as such on the Shop page, in your cart, at checkout, on your order confirmation and in your confirmation email.

02. Payment

The full price, including any delivery charge you select, is taken when you place the preorder. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, SumUp.

03. Dispatch & Delivery Estimate

Preorders are not open yet. The expected dispatch or delivery timeframe will be shown here, on the Shop page and at checkout before you pay — we will not take a preorder without it.

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery options and times on our Shipping & Delivery page apply from the moment of dispatch. They do not describe the time between placing a preorder and dispatch.

04. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can cancel a preorder at any time before it has been dispatched, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Email support@hsheikhlondon.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

05. If Dispatch Is Delayed

If we expect to miss the estimate shown at checkout, we will email you as soon as we know. You can then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

06. After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, our Refund & Returns Policy applies in the usual way, including your rights if the product is faulty or damaged.
