1. Who We Are

SHEIKH LONDON]. You can contact us at support@hsheikhldn.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products

We currently sell one product, the H. SHEIKH LONDON Hair Elixir. Product descriptions, images and pricing are presented as accurately as possible, but we don't guarantee that colours, packaging or minor formulation details will always display exactly as they appear on your screen. The Hair Elixir is a cosmetic hair serum — it is not a medicine, and no claim is made that it treats, cures or prevents any medical condition.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send you an email confirming we've received it — this confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract between us is only formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud) — if we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment already taken in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider, SumUp — we never see or store your full card details. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if a genuine pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we'll contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

Standard UK delivery in 3-5 working days, with a 48-hour Express option available at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — occasionally things outside our control (courier delays, customs, severe weather) mean a delivery takes longer. We'll do our best to keep you informed if that happens. Risk in the product passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided.

6. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason. To exercise this right before your order arrives or immediately on delivery, contact us at support@hsheikhldn.com.

Because the Hair Elixir is a sealed cosmetic product for hygiene reasons, this cancellation right is lost once the protective seal has been broken after delivery — this is a standard, legally recognised exemption for sealed health and hygiene goods. 7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described — including a genuine manufacturing fault — this is separate from the cancellation right above, and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in this policy. Contact support@hsheikhldn.com with your order reference and a photo where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

8. Aura, Our AI Assistant

Aura is an automated assistant that answers common questions about our products, ingredients, shipping and returns using information we've provided it. Aura is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological or trichological advice, and shouldn't be relied on as such — for any skin or scalp medical concern, please see a qualified professional. Nothing Aura says overrides these Terms or our official policies.

9. Our Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or acting without reasonable care, but we're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for indirect losses (for example, loss of income). Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and the H. SHEIKH LONDON name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect any protections you're entitled to under the law of the country you live in.
